The BWPA-116 hot melt mesh film is a non-woven fabric-like hot melt adhesive product, which can be

conveniently operated continuously or intermittently. This product can be widely used for bonding

various types of fabrics, paper, polymer materials and metals. The weight per square meter ranges

from 8 to 120 grams.

Reference usage

1. Hot-melt adhesive requires hot-pressed bonding.

2. If two thin flexible materials are to be bonded, stack the material 1 / hot-melt adhesive film / material

2 together, use a flat pressing machine or a flat laminating machine for hot pressing bonding, reference

temperature 150 ℃, pressure 0.2MPa, time 12 seconds, the specific pressing conditions need to be adjusted according to the actual situation of the customer.

3. If it is a thick rigid material, you can lay the hot melt adhesive on the surface of the thick rigid material

and bake them together in an oven at 150 ℃. After the hot melt adhesive film is completely melted, the two materials are bonded together. The baking temperature can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the customer.

4. Thin rigid materials can also be pressed with a flat pressing machine, such as the bonding of thin aluminum plates and non-woven fabrics.

Transportation and storage

Hot-melt adhesives are non-dangerous goods. They should be handled with care during transportation to prevent sunlight, rain, heat, and heavy pressure. Iron hooks are prohibited during loading and unloading to protect the integrity of the packaging. The product must be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, protected from sunlight, rain, high temperature, etc., and the height of the pile should not exceed 3 layers. The storage environment should be stored in a cool and dry place at 0-30 ° C (humidity ≤70% RH).
