PP Mesh Fiber Description:
After the special mesh fiber of cement concrete is put into the concrete, in the process of concrete mixing, the transverse connection between the fiber monofilaments can be destroyed by the kneading and friction of the concrete itself to form the fiber monofilaments or the mesh structure is fully opened, so as to realize the effect of a large number of polypropylene fiber monofilaments to prevent cracks.
1.Length : Ordinary concrete is generally selected 19mm, and shotcrete is generally selected 10mm. Under normal circumstances, the content is 0.9kg/m3, the bridge deck waterproof layer content is 0.9-1.8kg/m3, and the tunnel shotcrete content is 0.9-1.8kg/m3.
2.Ratio Design: Usually the proper amount of fiber to concrete is 0.9kg/m3 , and the water-proof layer of the bridge requires 1.35-1.8kg/m3, and the spray concrete in the tunnel is also the same and other materials remain the same. The ratio of fiber and concrete can be determined by
tests for special purposes. The fiber has better effects on the concrete with active compound materials, such as silicon ash, coal powder, ground slag and zeolite powder.
3.Mixer Adoption: First put in the gravel, then put in the fiber, and then put in the sand and stir for 2 minutes, so that the fiber is fully opened, and then put in cement and water according to the conventional process to stir evenly.
